The media could not be loaded. I have never done anything plumbing related but installed this no problem. Thankfully the isolation valves under the sink worked fine. Note that in the UK the standard hose thread size for a bathroom basin tap is 1/2 inch, whereas the hoses which come with this are 3/8 inch HOWEVER it came with 2 adapters that thread onto your existing UK 1/2 inch isolation valves (not shown on the amazon listing but glad they were included!), then you can thread the hose onto the top of that adapter, which meant I needed zero additional parts to install this and replace my old broken tap. Works great - see video (sorry about the grimy sink). You can see the 1/2 to 3/8 inch adapters between the hose bolts and the isolation valves. Great value for money, love the aerator. Only installed it today so no idea about longevity yet but looks and feels well built.

Good value tap for the bathroom. It's a standard good size with an average neck and height that's perfect for a normal sink. Build quality is good, almost on par with top brands. It's a bit of a nightmare to fix and had to adjust the pipes quite a few times to get it in place, especially if the space is tight under the sink.

The tap looks and feels great. However, the supplied flexible hoses are different from what is pictured. The ones supplied were plastic and therefore got twisted easily, inhibiting water supply. I had to buy a pair of braided steel ones for re-installation.

Muy buen producto. Además, viene todo muy completo. De hecho prácticamente solo necesitas una llave inglesa para conectar los latiguillos a los grifos de seguridad. En el otro extremo de los mismo, lo puedes atornillar manualmente. Después trae una llave de plástico para el tornillo/tuerca para fijar el grifo al bidé. Los latiguillo están identificado por colores (azul y rojo) para que no haya errores al conectarlos. Recomiendo conectarlo primero al grifo y colocar el grifo y después conectarlos a las llaves de seguridad de la pared. El grifo viene dentro de una bolsita suave blanca. Para instalarlo, ha sido muy facil.

I purchased this unassuming and inexpensive little faucet as a temporary solution to replace a broken faucet before a complete bathroom renovation so I didn't expect very much. It turned out to be a real good faucet. The description of the item was accurate. It fit the standardised hole in the porcelain wash basin and the length of the tubes is standardised. I did need to purchase a couple of adapters to fit the tubes to my existing pipes but as my home was built in 2006 and I live in Sweden, I couldn't tell you which standard is more standard. The adapters were inexpensive and do not affect the rating. I have very good water pressure where I live. Maybe my old faucet had a stricter water regulator than this one but wow do I get a lot of water pressure out of this faucet! When I renovate my bathroom I will be getting a new wash basin and a new faucet but I will be keeping this one as a reserve. I may at some point need to replace the faucet in my second bathroom. For the price point you just cannot beat this faucet. It cost a third of the average "cheap" faucets in the brick-and-mortar stores. If the brick-and-mortar stores had a faucet closer in price to this one then it was always out of stock. I took a chance on this one and not only did it not disappoint, it turned out to be a good faucet. It punches above its weight in price-to-performance. I can recommend it both as a temporary solution and as a permanent solution if you want a faucet with standard fittings, a low profile and excellent water pressure. The water blender (hot and cold) lever also works as expected with no issues to report.
