I bought 5 of these taps for various places in my house but the valves are very poor quality and started leaking after a few weeks. The valves not a common type to replace so unfortunately I would avoid buying. The body of the tap is good, just the valve is very poor.

Tap looks good and easy fitted but each time it is turned (on after a period of non use for approx 12 hrs ) the first small amount of water comes out light brown as though some inner part is rusting. This was not the case previously with my old “screw up/down” tap which I have now refitted and still no brown water with it. Really disappointed with this purchase as it looked good and the “quarter” turn on/off is much easier that the old screw tap.
