Surprised by the quality of this item for the price. Comes with flexible hoses including plastic thumb turns (if you want to use these, thread them onto the hose and leave them there after installation). I'd have been lost trying to rely on the instructions which are of little help

Ordered brushed chrome and received polished but because the old tap was leaking profusely, didn't want to wait for another couple of days. Installation diagram made it look easy, but had to call a plumber because original pipes had to be cut off. This is no reflection on this product, but of previous leaky fitting. Overall, the product is of an excellent quality and good value for money, so I'm delighted with it and to be rid of the constant dripping of the previous unit. 😄
