The media could not be loaded. States will work with 0.2bar / 2m of head pressure but it doesn't - trickles out even with restrictor removed. Similar reviews elsewhere. See video. Will be returning. Avoid.

This is a very good tap. But make sure you understand exactly what you are buying here. The tap connectors are not the usual standard 15mm fitting we normally have in the UK, they are 3/8th so wont fit on your isolation valves. 15mm connectors are provided but this would mean changing the pipework to accommodate these. So make sure you or your plumber are aware of this. In addition these were useless because the thread was incorrect on one of them anyway. See photo. This meant purchasing new 15mm to 3/8th isolating valves to finish the job. So the claim "easy to fit" they are not. Having said that I'm very happy with the product now I have installed it.

This items has been installed for a few weeks and it has started to corrode at the spout. Fitted in a new bathroom and it has officially been installed 4 weeks and the bathroom was cleaned for the first time yesterday with a non-harsh cleaner and the chrome is already failing. A huge shame as everything else about the tap is wonderful. Also the Ideal Standard customer service is a disgrace, unwillingness to replace and accusing me of damaging the tap with harsh chemicals in a few weeks? I wouldn't buy again as it appears you will need the 5 yars warranty regardless of how great this item initially appears.

E'arrivato super veloce, ho preso il miscelatore "usato in ottime condizioni", pensando non solo al prezzo scontato ma soprattutto all'ambiente, il prodotto è arrivato praticamente nuovo, ho preso quello con click clack, è bello. Ho preso qnche un'altra versione per il bidet. Assolutamente da consigliare!!!
