When they arrived they instantly felt cheap but when the plumber came he told me that he'd come across these before and had problems with them. The top of the tap was loose to the point of being ridiculous. When he started to fit one of the taps the plastic retaining nut got to a point where it just slipped on the threads. To try and at least get them fitted he chose to use the nut from the existing tap. Unfortunately having got it fitted it became apparent that the tap had a shorter than normal thread and the pipe was therefore not able to be screwed up. I can tell you how ripped off I feel, but I would avoid these taps at all costs. To make matters worse I have to pay £2.79 to return the taps which is atrocious. The product arrived faulty, not fit for its intended purpose and the rip off seller should have to pay to get them returned given the circumstances. I contacted Amazon and they promised to resolve this unsavoury matter and the seller was supposed to send a prepaid label but he didn't. He actually accepted the return of the faulty goods but still stole over £3. he is nothing short of a common thief and i would definitely avoid this seller at all costs!!

Although these weren’t an absolute piece of cake to install, my friend isn’t a plumber, therefore he didn’t have the correct tool. However, it would probably have been really easy with whatever tool he needed, and it’s completely updated the cloakroom sink! Can’t believe I never thought of changing the taps before, having lived with the old ones, which were difficult to turn, for many years. Another boost is the hygienic levers, which are super easy to flip on and off! A good buy all round and another bargain from Amazon.
