This kitchen tap represents excellent value and looks good. The high spout is handy if there is already things in your sink and you need to fill a kettle or water jug. Packaging was impressive and flexi tails for hot and cold connections are included. Everything works as it should and the only reason for 4 stars is my concerns over the black finish. I don't think it is a PVD coating and does already show marks easily.

The media could not be loaded. I got a plumber to install this tap for me and I don't think he had any problems. I can't honestly comment on the quality of the attachments or ease of fitting, but within no time the previous tap was removed and this new one was up and running. I really like it. I think it looks modern and elegant. It's sleek and I love that it's quite high so that it doesn't interfere when I'm working at the sink. It swivels all the way around in either direction. It feels solid and the action of turning on the tap with the lever and moving the central column is smooth. I would say that it dribbles a bit off centre if you want a weak water flow, and works much better when there's a larger volume of water coming through it. It's far superior to the tap it replaced, which had a screw in handle the width of a pencil, that came off and wouldn't screw back in again. I won't have that problem with this tap. It's well finished, and as it's new, only time will tell whether the black paint coating deteriorates and peels off or not, though again, it appears to be good quality compared to the one that was there before. It's inexpensive, and has been a cost effective solution for me to replace a broken tap. I'm happy to recommend it.

I can't comment on the efficiency of this as a tap as it has been earmarked for our new kitchen that I'm planning on fitting in January, but first impression are good. It has a nicely finished surface and a smooth action when opening and closing and, whilst I didn't pay for this, it's a darn site cheaper than the equivalent offering in our local DIY megastore. How I Rate - ***** Don’t think, just buy it! - **** Nothing to complain about, I’d spend my own money on this. - *** Does what it should but there may be better alternatives - ** Problems or issues encountered that outweigh any benefits. - * Run for the door! I only order Items that I or my family have a genuine use for and as such you can be sure that they are tested in real world warts and all situations. This is a very well made tap and comes with all the fixtures and fittings you need to get it installed. It has the screw top rather than the physical plate that you screw on, so make sure that you have sufficient space under your counter for it to properly screw in. The tap looks elegant and fits in with the surrounding of my bathroom. It has a long spout which is perfect for the larger basin types that I have. Overall good value for money.
