The taps look great and initially worked well. After a few months though the cold tap started to stiffen to the point it could barely be moved. I informed the suppliers and to their credit they sent out replacement valves straight away. When I replaced the valves, I could see that the stiff one was completed rusted (see attached photo, note I had cleaned the valves before taking the photo) and obviously made from a different material to the new valves. However, they now work very well.

The taps LOOK great. No sooner that they were plumbed in the cold tap started to drip! The plumbers came over connected with my council and fixed it for free. They had to change some of the parts. I was told by one of them that the original parts were cheaply made. Avoid!
