We installed this tub filler in a spec house in colorado. the black finish was beautiful and installation was easy with all the parts supplied. my plumber hastily connected the handheld sprayer and we had issues with the water flow. I reached out to the sellers and they quickly responded with some troubleshooting tips. we tried the first one and fixed it easily. My plumber had installed a piece backward. The sellers then reached out again to ask if we needed a replacement. I really appreciated that. Would highly recommend this product and the sellers
