Bought this to replace an expensive tap that had a lot of problems with leaking and replacing washers etc. Excellent quality and smaller than old tap but get used to it. Was easy to fit due to having only one nut to tighten on front facing the cupboard door instead of the usual two nuts at the rear which is usually more difficult to fit. Had this a while now, with no problems, looks good and good value for money.

I must admit to being dubious about the quality of this tap considering the price but I was pleasently surprised. OK, it's perhaps not quite as solid feeling as some taps but then they cost probably four times as much. The overall quality is good and the lever type turn handles work well and are nice and tight but not overly (if you get what I mean). A full quarter turn takes you from no water flow to full flow but it is easy to adjust the flow within that. The fitting within the spout creates a type of bubble effect but it works well. The spout itself is quite tall but it rotates as you would hope it to. The fittings that came with it caused no problems and the plumber fitted it for me in about 15 mins and said he had no problems. Overall, for the money, an excellent product.

I bought this as a replacement for a tap that was leaking and was impossible to get access to the washers. I wanted something simple and stylish and this product was both. I was a little concerned about the weight of the product, or more that the weight signified low quality but it has been installed for about 5 months and I have had no issues. It comes really well packed and therefore arrived in perfect condition. The instructions are quite minimal but I installed it without issue and I am not a DIY guru by any means. One minor improvement might be to colour code the pipes for hot and cold. It would make it easier while under the sink for sure. In the end I put a bit of masking tape on one so I knew which was which. The only negative, and in reality it is not a big deal, is that I think this is sealed in a way that there is no access to the washers, so a leak probably means dispose or back to the manufacture. Its a slight shame as we already live in a disposable society but the previous tap did have accessible washers only to have been sealed away over years of use. I say not a big deal because a) the product is priced so well and b) there is supposedly a 10 year warranty. Overall I have been very impressed.

I can’t attest to the long-term durability of this tap having only installed it for my mother last week. It certainly feels a lot sturdier than her previous kitchen tap though which cost significantly more and was installed five years ago by an expensive guy who fitted the hot and cold the wrong way round. The old tap was always a bit dodgy and finally gave up a couple of weeks ago and had to be bashed every time you wanted to stop it running. My general experience of taps (I like a nice tap and have installed many over the years in various houses I’ve lived in) is that, actually, a £32 tap will do just as well as a £100 one from a DIY store. I’ve only ever had an issue with one low-priced tap and way more issues with high-priced ones fitted by expensive blokes. :) I should point out that I’m not a plumber. I’m just not afraid to fix a leak, fit a tap or a toilet or generally give things a go if it isn’t mains gas related. In summary, I’m pretty sure that this tap will last just as long as some of the more expensive ones. It’s a reasonably nice design and has a smooth, non-dripping on/off action. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced tap I recommend this one.

Bought by mistake for a utility room and decided to change my kitchen tap. It has been a game changer for the water flow in my kitchen which is low pressure, the flow is now great. I must assume the previous owners had installed the wrong taps. Price point is good and Tradesman said no issues on installation, it was easy. I do have one concern, they seem a little wobbly and fragile for a high traffic area, I'm taking care but I doubt the same from the rest of the household, it will be interesting to see how long they last. So far so good but I have never had taps where I feel I must be careful when using.
