Thoroughly pleased with this purchase. It is quite heavy compared with our previous mixer taps, but reasonably easy to fit and connect up, it has vastly improved flow / pressure and looks superb, I’ve left it for e few weeks of use before writing this review, the quality, performance and looks are excellent. The taps are far better than I expected for the price. 10/10.

Positives: the tap is a good weight and doesn't feel or look flimsy. It has a a nice polished finish. The outlet gives the water a spray effect which comes in handy for rinsing dishes and saving water. Negatives: the fixings (as others have already noted) could be improved. The taps themselves are somewhat out of alignment which wasn't obvious until the plumber had fitted it. I've deducted a star for this issue. Overall impression: good value for a sub £50 tap.

The tap arrived well-protected in a sturdy cardboard box, and it was secured in a soft protective bag to prevent any damage. Installation was straightforward, as it came with both hot and cold hoses as well as the necessary fittings. The tap provides a strong flow of water, and it feels more expensive than its price suggests. I highly recommend it.

The unit is nicely finished, seems good value for money. Beware there is a small empty screw hole at the back, looks like a grub screw was intended to stop the spout coming out. Queried this with the supplier and was eventually told that none of the stock have a screw in that hole, so presumably an un-needed design feature! Certainly can’t pull the spout out anyway.
