I don't like the fact that the ten year guarantee is conditional apon each tap having its own isolater. To me that is a complete farce. If I isolate my cold water main and then turn "any" tap on, the flow of water stops within seconds, including the hot water. This is because the boiler will not either heat nor release hot water without mains pressure. Besides, who in their right mind is going to rip up carpet and remove a bath panel in order to get to individual isolaters when all that is required is to shut off the main water supply. Nobody !!! The guarantee stinks and I only found out about it apon receipt of the goods - not nice. Having said that, the taps themselves are solid enough, look and feel good, and are reasonably priced but completely let down (imho) by plastic fixings and no replacement fibre washers included in the kit.
