Appalling quality - they tarnish and the top fell off the cold tap, which resulted in new taps being fitted by a plumber. Terrible Customer Service -they want a video to prove the tap has snapped and no follow-up. I had to source another brand to match the other fittings, which are also of poor quality. If I could give a zero score, it would be more appropriate. Dreadful experience and no service at all. Avoid, unless you are a film-maker and want a load of hassle.

Don’t recommend this tap at all.It discoloured and then the hot could not be used.Firm would not stand by guarantee as it was just under 3 years old. Would hope it would last longer than that!! So £40 for a plumber to tell me if I used it it would shear off and then another payment to fit a new one.Disaster. I reckon you get what you pay for! Buyer beware!
